“Where can we go for a drink around Holland College?”
It may not be the right time to head out with friends. However, when restrictions lift, there are a number of places to grab a drink around Holland College. Also, these venues are either on-campus or a short walk away from campus. So you don’t need to go far to have a great night!

Hunter’s Ale House
This is a student favourite! Hunter’s Ale House prides itself on serving Charlottetown’s pub fare, including tasty steak and seafood. Their goal is to never leave a guest feeling hungry or unsatisfied. Therefore, they offer great deals on pub foods and pitchers during the week. These deals are perfect for students who strive to save money where they can. Additionally, Hunter’s Ale House has two outdoor patios so guests can enjoy the warm weather and soft breeze from the Charlottetown Harbour when Spring and Summer roll around.
Hopyard
Try a vintage atmosphere. Vinyl is making a huge comeback, so check out a bar that appreciates it. Hopyard is all about beer, food, and vinyl! Therefore, enjoy a drink while listening to your favourite old school vinyl, as well as newer tracks. Their selections include but are not limited to Frank Sinatra, Elvis, James Brown, Taylor Swift, Tom Petty, Rush, and many more. So grab a drink and explore their extensive record collection. When you find something you enjoy, bring it to the bar so they can throw it on their house turntable.
Dooly’s
Are you looking for an environment to play pool and relax? Grab a drink at Dooly’s. With multiple billiards tables to choose from, a large TV for the sports game, and great beer on tap, Dooly’s is a popular student spot.
Boston Pizza
If you are looking for a place that you already know, then head over to Boston Pizza. Boston Pizza offers drink deals and food specials. They also allow you to order drinks and food off their menu for take-out, so you can have a drink from the comfort of your home!
Fox and Crow
This pub is right on-campus! They provide coffee and pastries during the morning and afternoon. However, in the evening, they host events and game nights. For example, Wednesday is their weekly trivia night with a new theme every week! So get ready to pull out your knowledge of Grey’s Anatomy, Shrek, music, throwbacks, and so many more. Also, they host Bingo nights and other fun events you can try when it is safe to do so.
